Description:
The wooden bridge spans a small stream and thus serves to further opening of a new development area through a cycle and sidewalk. According to DIN EN 1995-2, the construction must be classified as a protected supporting structure, since weathering due to lateral cladding and top-side sheet metal covers is avoided. According to the "Exemption Amount Calculation Ordinance - ABBV", a theoretical servicelife of 60 years can be assumed. The bridge is equipped with a galvanized filled rod guardrail and a covering of perforated metal planks
