As the design of the team IB-Miebach for the project "Rheinsteg Rheinfelden" in March 2015 was selected as the winner, a citizens' decision for the construction project took place on the 31st of January 2016. Since the reconciliation did not reach the necessary quorum the decision is now on the town concil.
